There are many interference factors in the complex stochastic time-delay neural network,which will cause the system to deviate from the equilibrium state under the influence of interference.At this time,the system is in a fluctuating and unstable state.Under such circumstances,how to adjust the system with corresponding methods to restrain the external disturbance and make the system achieve a stable state is of great importance.Therefore,in recent years,the finite time stabilization and synchronization control of a class of complex stochastic time-delay neural networks has attracted the attention of many scholars,and a series of researches have been carried out.This paper mainly discusses the stabilization and synchronization of neural networks from two aspects:(1)First,in order to ensure that the state trajectories of a system are always within a given limit within a limited time interval,a stochastic time function(SSTF)is defined,and the conditions for finite time stability of the system are proposed.The research of stochastic delayed recurrent neural network(SDRNNs)is based on the sufficient condition of stochastic finite time stability(SFTS).Secondly,a nonlinear delayed feedback controller is designed,which controls SDRNNs and makes the system stable.Finally,the examples of numerical simulation are presented in this paper to prove the correctness of given conclusion and validity of controller.(2)On the other hand,a more reasonable control method and optimization scheme is proposed for the synchronization error of the system through the study of the time-synchronous intermittent control of the complex network based on the memory resistance.The Lyapunov function is constructed,and it will be cleverly retracted to make the final expectation meet the expected conditions.At the same time,considering the influence of time delay on the complex network,the method of intermittent control is used to achieve the synchronization effect of the main slave system.
