With the continuous improvement of modern control technology,the motion controller has been widely used in the fields of industrial equipment,national defense equipment and intelligent medical treatment.In the background of the strong development of the Internet,the combination of multi axis motion controller and Internet technology will promote the convenience of the use of the motion controller.The traditional control of hardware equipment uses special lines,and the compatibility is poor,and remote control can not be realized.If we control the hardware in real time by network or wireless network,we can not only solve the problem of private line,but also achieve long distance real-time control.The STM32F4 high performance micro controller is used as the main control chip of the multi axis motion controller,and the STM32F407 development board is the development platform,and the embedded web server is built.Then the running state of the peripheral hardware on the development board is controlled through the form of network connection,including the real-time temperature of the hardware circuit,the switch of the hardware circuit and so on,so as to realize the real-time communication with the multi axis motion controller.The system adopts the control mode of B/S structure,and does not need the user to download the special client.The user only needs to use a browser and input the specified IP address,so it can real-time monitor the hardware circuit.This paper first introduces the hardware and software development platform of the system,sets up the hardware platform,understands the function of the software development platform,and makes the overall design of the system.Then we built the embedded web server,including the transplantation of the C/OS-II operation system,the transplantation of LWIP protocol stack,and the web server software compilation.After building the web server,we realized the web page access to the embedded web server.Finally,we completed the development of embedded web server application,and realized browser's access to web server and real-time monitoring of hardware through web page.Through the development of this system,the remote control of the multi axis motion controller through the network is realized through the network.
