The Design And Implementation Of Intelligent Assistant Trial System Based On Road Traffic Cases

With the rapid development of information technology and the comming of the"Internet Plus" era,the process of court informationization has been further accelerated in the country,the "Court Informationization 3.0" building of courts and the "Wisdom Court"are under construction.Tianjin court's original trial process is public,the judgment document template used is fixed,once the judgement document is generated,it cannot be changed,lack of flexibility and practicality.The information in the trial process,including personal information,basic case information,etc.Most of them are filled in manually by judges,are fallibility,and very inefficient.The Tianjin Court has extracted the obvious cases of motor vehicle accident liability disputes and provide intelligent assistance,to improve the judge's efficiency and accuracy during the case trial.Details are as follows:(1)In the course of information inputting,the existing content is extracted from the dossier(indictment,certificate,etc.)and automatically filled.(2)In the process of the court's trial,referencing documents of similar cases are provided for reference by judges according to the elements of the case.(3)When the compensation fee is calculated,the existing fees are filled in from the dossier.Some calculations of charges need to refer to the fixed laws and regulations,and prompts will be provided as needed.(4)According to the court's trial result,a judgment document sketch is generated,and the OCR analysis result of the electronic file of the case is provided,so as to help judges to proofread the document with the layout of 'left reading and right writing',and the correct results are copied into the document sketch,then generate the finalized judgment document.This system is based on the J2EE architecture.The database chooses to use relational database like MySQL,server supporter uses Spring boot framework,Mybatis framework,Freemarker template combined with MVC pattern,Front-end uses Pintuer.css framework combined with Jquery.js and Avalon.js.
