D2D communication technologies gain widespread attention in recent yearsWith the development of wireless communication technologies and the continuous expansion of its scale, the contradiction between the massive data demands and the limited wireless network resources is increasing day by day.In response to the resources shortage in wireless networks, both distributed storage technologies and.Distributed storage technologies refer to the case that the data is stored distributed in different devices, and the system reliability would be improved by increasing system redundancy.D2D communication technologies allow direct communications between devices without going through the base station, which can greatly improve network resource utilization and reduce transmission costs. Therefore, the combination of distributed storage technologies and D2D communication technologies are of great significance to alleviate the current network congestion and deal with resource shortage problem. In this paper, the background and significance of topic selection is briefly described, and a lot of researches of the related technologies in wireless heterogeneous networks at home and abroad are made.Based on wireless heterogeneous networks, this paper mainly studies the problem of optimal allocation of multi-dimensional resources considering physical domain, content domain, etc.in distributed storage systems. Also, some mathematical tools, such as graph theory, matching theory, and contract theory, are used to achieve low power consumption and efficient wireless resource sharing.Specifically, according to different storage methods distributed storage technologies can be classified into non-coded caching and coded caching. Thus, this article first studies the content sharing incentive mechanism based on non-coded caching. In view of user selfishness, mobility and other characteristics, this paper will use moral hazard-based contract mechanism to motivate users to participate in content pre-caching and sharing activities, and fully consider the difference in storage content and the limited range of communications, combined with multi-hop communication transmission methods to maximize the utility of content requesters. The simulation results show the reliability and high efficiency of the incentive mechanism based hybrid multi-hop content sharing scheme.Secondly,in the non-coded caching system, taking into account the user's limited storage space and the relatively low cache efficiency, this paper further proposes a content-based multi-dimensional resource allocation scheme. In view of the discrete nature of multi-dimensional resources such as spectrum and content, this paper models and analyzes problems based on graph theory and other methods, and uses F-matching,Local Search and other matching algorithms to simplify and solve problems and optimize multi-dimensional content, spectrum, power, etc. The proposed resource allocation scheme achieves a minimum of system energy consumption. Finally, theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed scheme can provide better user service experience with lower energy consumption.
