In recent years,all-optical communication technology has developed rapidly.As people's requirements for communication quality become higher and higher,the transmission capacity and speed of communication systems must be upgraded qualitatively to meet the demand.Optical sampling technology can break through the speed limit of the traditional electric domain sampling,and can greatly improve the accuracy of the signal at the receiving end,making it important in ensuring the reliable stability of the communication system.In order to solve the problem that the power and pulse width of traditional laser source are not ideal enough,an active ring mode locked laser based on QD-SOA is designed.The active mode locked laser with tunable mode of output power 300mW and pulse width less than 3.5ps and tunable between 1540nm-1580nm is realized.In order to get more excellent all-optical sampling gate,a SLALOM based all-optical sampling gate model based on QD-SOA is designed.The transmission function of SLALOM loop mirror is presented,and its switch window is simulated and analyzed.This paper is designed based on active loop QD-SOA mode-locked lasers for sampling pulse source,QD-SOA SLALOM optical sampling gate for all-optical sampling module based on sampling system,and has carried on the analysis and simulation,to achieve the use of 40GHz high frequency narrow Gauss pulse of 4GHz dual frequency Gauss optical sampling pulse signal.In order to improve the speed and accuracy of all optical communication system,the all-optical sampling system proposed in this paper can successfully modulate the information of high-speed analog optical signal to the control light pulse,making it have a good prospect in high-speed optical communication system.
