Software Defined Networking(SDN)and Network Functional Virtualization(NFV)are the research priorities of the industry. They have been gradually identified as the main direction of the development for the next generation of telecommunication networks. As the "brain" of future network,Management and Orchestration(MANO)is the key for operators to manage network flexibly and maximize the advantages of the new technologies.Based on the SDN and NFV theories, the mobile communication network architecture should be studied further to meet the future business and application.Firstly, this paper analyzed the important position and its key technology of MANO in the next generation network.Meanwhile, this paper proposed the system architecture of 5G core network service orchestrator based on SDN&NFV,so that it can realize the rapid deployment of the virtual evolved packet core network, and manage network service flexibility.Secondly, this paper studied the resource allocation problem in the NFV field and proposed a multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm for dynamic resource allocation in view of the second phase, the Forwarding Graph Embedding of the virtual network function. And it verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm by the MATLAB.Finally, this paper performed the prototype design and implemented the orchestrator with Juju technology, and carried out the related functional verification.
