Inter cell interference coordination(ICIC)scheme is an effective way to manage the spectrum and reduce ICI in cellular system. However, static schemes carry out resource allocation prior to system deployment, and dynamic schemes allocate resource regardless of the actual network traffic and interference distribution, both of which limit the potential system performance. The main content and technical innovations are listed as below:An adaptive resource allocation based on satisfaction(ARA-S)algorithm is proposed not only to mitigate interference but also to satisfy throughput demands adaptively. Each cell is divided into different zones,of which a satisfaction is always tracked. The scheduler adjusts the resource allocation in a distributed manner related to the zone satisfaction state. An optimized ICIC scheme(O-ICIC)is proposed which first dynamically optimizes resource allocation according to interference distribution and traffic load.In O-ICIC,for each victim user, their dominant interferer applies the Different Evolution to find the optimal transmission power reduction, aiming at improving victim users'performance and guaranteeing data requirement. To improve system performance, extra resources are allocated to balance ICIC and system capacity. An optimized ICIC based on satisfaction(OICIC-S)scheme is proposed to both satisfy throughput demands and optimize resource allocation according to interference distribution. In OICIC-S,the satisfaction of each user equipment(UE),which is related to throughput demands,is always tracked.Extra resources are allocated according to satisfaction state and the balance of ICIC and system capacity. The simulation on Matlab platform prove the effectiveness of above algorithms.
