This research work analyzes the solution on the problem of energy efficiency with an innovative technique in cluster cooperative spectrum sensing(CCSS).Reduction of energy consumption on cluster cooperative spectrum sensing by coordinating many cluster groups into one cluster group with a central cluster head possessing characteristics of having the ability of highest mobility of sensing channels than other cluster heads in the cooperative cluster cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio was the main purpose of performing this study.Significant of this study focused on technological innovation achievements for researchers and positive environmental impacts to societies. The design of the system model was successful done by the researcher describing information transfer into time slots whereby sensed information were transferred from the cognitive radio as source through cluster heads to cognitive relay during time slot T1 and to the fusion center for decision making and then feedback was sent to the source for response to be taken place during time slot T2.The methodology used based on system model design, quantitative mathematical analysis and matlab simulations to determine the performance in regard to reduction of energy consumption as per research problem was concerned.Simulation of the results described both probability of detection and probability of false alarm in relation to energy consumption as the system model design was concerned. The simulation results showed good performance ratio...
