As a universal model for building 5G edge clouds,Mobile Edge Cloud Computing has become the golden point for the development of 5G services.Researching efficient mobile edge cloud computing offloading algorithms is crucial for the experience needs of users' mobile services during the process of mobile edge cloud computing offloading.In order to achieve efficient mobile edge cloud computing offloading,on the one hand,efficient offloading algorithms need to be studied;on the other hand,efficient access matching between users and base stations needs to be performed before the offloading.In the scenario of centralized mobile edge cloud computing offloading,this paper presents RAOM from two perspectives:single base station scenario and multi-base station scenario.Through the establishment of user model and offloading utility function and the method of pre-qualification of offloading qualification and maximization of system utility value,this paper solves the problem of efficiently making multi-user MEC offload decision under the circumstance that the number of users is not sure in advance and the resources are limited,which reduces the offloading delay and energy consumption of mobile users and enhances user satisfaction of service experience.In the scenario of distributed user access matching,this paper proposes PSMA.This paper establishes the model of network and customer satisfaction and gives the rules of generating matching preference bundles so that the probability of access matching behavior is proportional to the satisfaction gain brought by this behavior.The algorithm iteratively converges to a stable matching point,which solves the problem of many-to-one stable matching between users and small cell base stations,which optimizes the service load conditions of the small cell base stations in the hot spot area and improves the transmission performance of the small cell base stations.
