With the development of mobile communication, the effects of computing and caching have attracted great attentions from both academic and industrial aspects.Taking advantages of mobile edge computing and caching network, which are basic technologies of introducing computing and storage resources into the radio access network(RAN),the paper mainly focuses on research and optimization of mobile communication networking strategy combined with computing and caching.Mobile users could obtain computing and content caching services within the RAN.The main work of this paper is shown as follows:Firstly, the resource allocation scheme with content caching is studied in mobile networks.Based on the design of separation of data plane and control plane, the resource allocation scheme is centrally controlled by the controller according to the wireless link information and the cache state of the whole network.Content caching could effectively shrink the latency of service providing in mobile networks. To evaluate this advantage,we use effective capacity to form channel model in link layer and calculate the data rate for a specific user with the impact of backhaul latency. Therefore,we use effective capacity as the objective function for the optimization of user association and resource allocation scheme with caching. With the help of Taylor expansion and the Lagrange function,we transform the original problem into a convex one and solve it with the subgradient method. The simulation results show that user requests could get quick responses and the system throughput is improved significantly with content caching.Secondly, this paper proposes an MEC based video delivery scheme, which provides low latency and adaptive bitrate video streams through MEC content caching and context awareness ability. In our proposed MEC enhanced adaptive bitrate(MEC-ABR)video delivery scheme, the MEC server acts as a controlling component to implement the video caching strategy and adjust the transmitted bitrate version of videos flexibly. The allocation of storage resources is modeled as a Stackelburg game model. It is proved that the unique Stackelburg equilibrium point exists. The joint allocation of caching and wireless resources is tackled as a matching problem, where the base station and the user are matched based on their preference lists.Simulation results show that the proposed MEC-ABR video delivery scheme has obvious performance improvement in terms of cache hit ratio and system throughput. Finally, this paper researches the virtualization of computing, storage and radio resources. We packet the radio, storage and computing resources into virtual resources and investigate the joint resource allocation scheme. With our scheme, users prefer to associate with the cloud which has already cached the required content in order to reduce the latency while scheduling is not only based on the wireless channel conditions but also the communication processing ability of computing resources in clouds.Simulation results are provided to demonstrate that performance gain of the joint optimal resource allocation scheme could achieve about 50%increase in system throughput. In addition, the proper configuration of computing and storage resources is shown in the simulation results.
