User onli'ne reviews have gradually become an important data source for enterprises to obtain user's needs under the Internet environment.However,how to accurately and effectively extract the characteristics of products and their descriptions of features in the vast reviews is a difficult problem both in theory and practice.In the current research,most scholars put the research direction of text analysis on emotion analysis and put forward many models to judge the emotional polarity of text.However,little attention has been paid to the research on the relationship between product features and user's emotions.This article studies the product features and user's emotions in the mobile phone reviews and finds out the relationship between the two,providing reference for consumers to choose products and locate the market needs of businesses.This paper preprocesses the user reviews collected from more than 750 mobile phones in Jingdong Mall,and uses the conditions of random fields and dictionary matching to identify the mobile phone features contained in the user comments to construct the cell phone feature dictionary.According to the method of feature dictionary and window matching,the feature of mobile phone and the combination of user's emotion are extracted from user's comments.Finally,LinLog Energy Model was introduced to cluster analysis of mobile phone features and user sentiment to find out the strength of the relationship between them.Through the research,this paper obtains a phone feature dictionary containing 217 words,and based on the dictionary,the user reviews of four brands of Apple,Huawei,Samsung and Xiaomi are studied.Extract cell phone features and user sentiment from their user reviews,and apply LinLog Energy Model to cluster analysis,and finally get the strength of the correlation between cell phone features and user sentiment,and analyze the analysis results of the four mobile phones.Experiments show that this method can extract the advantages and disadvantages of the products from user comments intuitively and effectively.Finally,this topic builds a text analysis platform to enable users to analyze user comments of other mobile phones so as to provide reference for users' decision-making.
