In recent years,with the rapid development of the Internet and the explosive growth of the Internet content,more and more people feel that it becomes more difficult to find the right information throw Internet.In the field of medical health,there are more and more problems.For example,the number of patients with hypertension and other chronic diseases is increasing year by year,and the medical and health conditions in our country can not keep up with the patients' need.So how to solve these current problems with artificial intelligence and new technology in other computer fields using Internet information,and promote the information construction in the medicine field is an urgent problem that needs to be solved today.To solve these problems and achieve the function of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment,an intelligent question answering system,which is based on knowledge base reasoning technology in the medical health field is proposed.In the same way to realize the function of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment for the chronic diseases of hypertension.In this paper,the design?implementation and the query of knowledge base is the core.In this paper the construction of knowledge base module chooses the present knowledge of structured storage language OWL to realize ontology construction.Turning the hypertension medical knowledge into the ontology that the computer can store and distinguish.The knowledge base rule-building module uses the SWRL language to construct the reasoning rules,and the rules of the knowledge diagnosis rules of hypertension are transformed into the rules that can be identified by the computer.Finally,the correctness of the reasoning is proved by a number of experiments.On the basis of hypertension chronic diseases medical knowledge,finally an intelligent question answering system is designed and implemented.Firstly the paper introduces the software Protege,which is the ontology construction tools and the OWL ontology language to complete the construction of hypertension knowledge base and design the rules based reasoning function based on the general construction method provides a reference for hypertension ontology knowledge management;And secondly the paper introduces the Jena toolkit,which is using to implement the knowledge base inference based query functions,word segmentation and based on user input keyword replacement,the search efficiency optimization system,and verified the correctness and usability of the system design,provide auxiliary query function for hypertension intelligent question answering system.Finally,the reasoning function of the system is verified by the test data,which ensures the realization of the system and the correctness and the scientificity of the system.
