With the socio-economic development,the smart grid has been deployed in various areas,including the unmanaged areas with bad weather.In order to ensure the safety of power line and communication optical cables,it is necessary to monitor the weather information and communication cable for a long time.Due to the current monitoring technology,it is limited in unattended areas with poor climate because most of today's monitoring devices are active power supply and anti-electromagnetic weaknesses and other shortcomings.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the monitoring equipment with the characteristics of passive and anti-electromagnetic interferences.Based on fiber optic sensing technology,this paper designs the safety monitoring system of communication optical cable,and designs the sensing devices of light in meteorological monitoring.The main work is as follows:1.The core of the sensor with high sensitivity and high stability-cantilever beam is studied.In this paper,a variety of metal and nonmetallic materials were tested combined with the physical parameters such as the elastic modulus of the material itself,and compared the corrosion resistance and other chemical properties of the metal series.At the same time a variety of cantilever structures were designed.It is concluded that titanium alloys are used to make cantilevers.2.Research light intensity monitoring sensor based on strain of grating cantilever beam.The free end of the grating cantilever beam is fitted to the permanent magnet,and the current produced by the solar panel generates a magnetic field through the coil.The strength of the light intensity determines the strength of the magnetic field of the coil.The interaction between the magnetic field of the free end permanent magnet and the coil causes the strain of the cantilever beam to change the wavelength.The software system is designed for real-time wavelength acquisition,transmission,calculation and storage,and real-time display of the calculated intensity values.The reliability of the system is verified through repeated testing and field application.3.Research based on OTDR(Optical Time Domain Reflectometer,OTDR)cable line safety monitoring system.The hardware part periodically monitors the abnormal power of the communication optical cable by the optical power meter,and then trigger the channel corresponding to the OTDR test.The software part is developed by the Java language and the B/S mode,combines the Java web technology for visual management,and has a strong compatibility to the mainstream operating system.
