With the continuous development and improvement of information technology,Internet technology and sensor network,the word "Internet of things" came into being.At present,the Internet of things has been recognized as the third wave of the global information industry following computer technology and Internet technology.The sensor layer is the most basic and the most important part in the three-layer structure of the Internet of Things.It involves complex technologies,covers a wide range of contents,and has a wide range of applications.With the rapid development of sensor-related technologies,the unique advantages of optical fiber sensors continue to emerge in the occasions where conventional electrical sensing is not suitable and are promptly put on the agenda.In the optical fiber sensing technology system,the monitoring technology based on Brillouin Optical Time Domain Reflectometry(BOTDR)and Brillouin Optical Time Domain Analysis(BOTDA)has become a research hotspot in the industry.The combination of optical fiber sensing monitoring technology and the application of the Internet of things has become a hot research direction.Based on BOTDR and BOTDA theory,the paper focuses on the research and design of optical fiber sensing monitoring system for IoT applications.The main research works are as follows:1.Based on the theory of BOTDR,a simulation system is built in the optical simulation software,the temperature monitoring model simulation and data analysis are carried out,and a temperature monitoring and alarm model is proposed for high voltage electrical equipment.The model is not limited by high temperature,high pressure and strong electric magnetic field.The signal can be received and measured on one side of the fiber.The system has simple structure and low requirements for the equipment.The application model proposed in this paper can implement a three-level alarm mechanism with good monitoring effect,high cost performance and wide applicability.2.Based on the theory of BOTDA,a single light source monitoring system is built and the gain type system is optimized as a lossy monitoring model.Based on the simulation system,threshold analysis,temperature monitoring,simulation and data analysis are carried out,aiming at the leakage of long distance pipeline transmission system,the application model is put forward.The leakage temperature monitoring model of pipe node designed in this paper is less affected by external interference and high monitoring sensitivity,and can realize multi-dimensional monitoring.The model is simple,flexible,and has good extensibility,and the model equipment can be shared.
