With the rapid development of mobile Internet,the number of various handheld smart devices has increased exponentially,which led to a surge in traffic and promoted the innovation of wireless mobile communication technology.Combining the D2D with the cellular network can effectively deal the challenges currently existing in the network.It has the advantage of reducing the load pressure of the base station and improving the system capacity and saving the network energy consumption.In recent years,the cellular and D2D networks have become the focus of academic and industrial attention.However,the reuse of the cellular resources by D2D communication links will lead to signal interference and spectrum shortage.Using 5G technologies in D2D communication can enhance the performance of the network.For example,the non-orthogonal multiple access technology can effectively improve the system spectrum utilization and the use of software defined network technology to access control and resource management is more flexible and agile.Therefore,this paper studies the energy efficient resource allocation strategy based on NOMA and builds a resource management platform for wireless access network based on software defined network technology in cellular and D2D networks.Firstly,we propose an NOMA based energy-efficient resource allocation strategy in cellular and D2D hybrid network.The complex interference and the energy consumption is analyzed and expressed mathematically.We formulate an energy efficiency maximization problem with several constraints,and then introduce the differential evolution algorithm to search the solution.Finally,the experiments verify that the proposed strategy can effectively improve the energy efficiency of the system.Secondly,based on the software defined network technology,the wireless access network resource management platform is built.The platform can manage users in the network management center to enable user access network flexibly and efficiently.The related functions of six network elements,such as user equipment,base station,SDN switch,network management center,SDN controller and content server,are designed.In order to achieve efficient resource management,we propose two decision criteria,one based on the base station load and the other based on the energy efficiency.Then the process of communication is designed and implemented.Experiments show that under the proposed decision criterion,the system can effectively balance the base station load and can efficiently use the energy in the system to complete the data transmission.
