With the rapid development of manufacturing technology,industrial automation production has become the mainstream of industrial development,the input and output system as an essential support for industrial automation products,will have broad prospects for development.Its application areas include machinery manufacturing,pharmaceutical and chemical industry,logistics,storage and transportation,etc.,primary industry?secondary industry?tertiary industry has a lot of demand.At this stage,the international mainstream automation equipment suppliers have developed their own distributed input and output products,the domestic market also occupy most of the market share.Based on this situation,the development of distributed input and output products with independent intellectual property rights has both the market value and the practical significance.In this paper,the practical application in industrial field as the starting point,expounds the development of distributed MIMO system;analyzes the current development of existing products and market advantages and disadvantages;established the performance index of this topic design and model division method;the basic principle of signal input and output,communication,alarm,protection and detection is proposed in this paper;product design;design the hardware circuit of the distributed input / output system and corresponding software program;finally,the performance test of the whole distributed input and output system.This paper uses ARM STM32F103R8T6 chip as the main control MCU,plus VP3088,VN751 S,CS5534,AD5422 and peripheral expansion circuit composition hardware.The software part achieves the purpose of sending and receiving information quickly and accurately through the reasonable design of the communication protocol,and through the corresponding indicator light display system working status and signal receiving and dispatching.In the end,a complete set of distributed input and output systems with various models can be produced,which can meet the requirements of the input and output of the analog and digital signals in most industrial field.And referring to the performance indicators proposed by this topic,one by one to build a test platform,the basic input and output functions of the system,communication capabilities,protection capabilities,error alarm capability,input and output accuracy test.The test results show that the whole system is correct,the function is stable and reliable,and it meets the requirements of practical application.
