With the rapid development of information technology,tax collection and management in the basic realization of the digital environment,the informationization of enterprise's taxpaying illegal risk management has become the trend of the times.Its core is how,the collection and management of information resources,the establishment of scientific and rational database,quickly,comprehensive utilization of enterprises of all types of tax related information,provide more convenient and more efficient data support for tax assessment and tax inspection work.Based on the above purpose,in this paper,we focus on informatization of enterprise's taxpaying illegal risk classification management and classification,the use of data mining and the unfolding of the cutting-edge technology,the re integration of the tax authorities,the available data.Through tax assessment of the actual and modern information means to effectively combine the tax authorities in the past by the tax authorities in the past by the industry to classify the original framework,enhance the accuracy of tax management and tax administration law enforcement,improve the quality and effectiveness of tax assessment.In this paper,the tax related risk evaluation system uses the B/S structure,Windows Server 2008 and Oracle 10g database,the client uses Windows XP.That makes the system have good reliability and wide applicability.The system uses Java as the development tool,the design method uses Oriented Programming Object(OOP)to design method,which makes the system fully embodies the characteristics of encapsulation,inheritance and polymorphism.The contents of this paper include:(1)Analysis and research the tax data of A Planned City Municipal Office of the State Administration of Taxation,and design of database;(2)clustering is applied in the analysis of K-means algorithm,data related to the enterprise cluster analysis obtained with similar risk characteristics of the business category;(3)the design and implementation of enterprise basic data processing module,tax related indicators management module,data mining module and system management module of the complete system.
