Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the society and information technology,more and more users like to surf in the Internet.They start to get all kinds of information through the Internet or shopping online.After the emergence and upgrading of smartphone,mobile network coverage,it make Internet application more diverse.Users can search,browse,select,purchase on the mobile 020.There are seens to combine with each other between online and offline.This paper are mainly about the users of mobile 020,issuing questionnaires on the Internet,exploring the relationship between information demand and behavior tendency,influence factors and the users attitude of mobile 020 users.After questionnaire recycling,using SPSS22.0 and AMOS24.0 to analyze and model building,to validate assumptions eventually.Through hypothesis testing,we can sum up the patterns on information demand and behavior pattern of mobile 020 users.The conclusions shows that mobile 020 users behavior tend to be consistent with the basic information demand,when they are not the same as age,education,income,they will have different information demand;Perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,perceived trust are have a positive effect;Perceived risk are have a negative effect toward the attitude of use.At last,according to the conclusion,take some suggestions to the mobile O2O,hope mobile 020 application can meet the users’s information demand.
