In the field of communication and signal processing,parameter estimation of sinusoidal signal is a basic problem,which is studied by many researchers.Currently,the noise sinusoidal frequency estimation has been successfully used in radar detection,sonar,seismic,speech signal processing,bridge vibration detection,communication system signal recovery,biomedical detection and electronic communications technology and other fields,causing increasingly the more the attention of scholars and attention.Therefore,the research on sine signal parameter estimation has important theoretical significance and practical value.The least square method,MC algorithm are analyzed in this paper,under noise background,the gap between the estimate parameter and the real value is relatively large.To solve this problem,we improved the least square method,obtained the iterative frequency estimation algorithm based on least square method.According to higher computational complexity of MC algorithm,linear estimation method based on MC algorithm is proposed.In this paper,the main work is as follows:Firstly,a frequency estimation algorithm without iteration based on least square method is presented.The algorithm provides a new sine signal frequency method of white gauss noise,the formulas are simple,and it is easy for engineering application.Secondly,the algorithm based on MC and sine signal LP properties is given.By minimizing the error E,the nonlinear problem is converted into a linear fitting problem,it has better noise immunity and the estimation error is smaller.In simulation experiments,the method is compared with the classical MC algorithm,and its property is analyzed.Thirdly,the amplitude estimation algorithm of sinusoidal signal is presented.This method uses the autocorrelation function estimation algorithm,the signal is divided into two observation signals,and then we set up LP equation of the first observation signal,using the second observation and LP autocorrelation equation,an then get an accurate estimate of the angular frequency.In this chapter,the proposed method solves the influence of frequency estimation on amplitude estimation effectively.The proposed algorithm and the MC algorithm are analyzed in simulation experiments,and the proposed algorithm has higherestimation precision.At last,the phase estimation algorithm of sinusoidal signal is presented.The algorithm uses the least squares estimation algorithm,by minimizing the expression,the sum of squares of the sinusoidal signal phase parameter estimation and the actual value error,and then get the estimation of early phase,the performance analysis is given.
