Multi-ary Digital Communication Methods Based On Orthogonal Non-single-frequency Wave Modulation

In recent years,non-single-frequency wave modulation technology has aroused great concern as its high energy concentration and high bandwidth efficiency.Meanwhile,it is also considered to be suitable for the wireless communication technology under the background of high speed mobile in the future.In order to improve the bandwidth efficiency of the existing non-single-frequency wave modulation system further,this paper proposes two kinds of multi-ary orthogonal SNCK digital communication methods through orthogonal analysis of Sine Non-linear Chirp Keying(SNCK).Then the feasibility is verified from three aspects respectively,including system realization scheme,signal characteristic analysis and system performance analysis.(1)On the base of SNCK general time-domain expression,the orthogonal basis functions are selected in two cases,including orthogonal basis functions selection applicable for carrier orthogonal and orthogonal basis functions selection applicable for frequency curve orthogonal.Eventually,two sets of quaternary orthogonal basis functions are found out.(2)The Quaternary Carrier Orthogonal SNCK digital modulation method is proposed for one of the orthogonal basis functions.First,starts from modulation principle and demodulation method to build software simulation platform of the overall communication system.Then the QCO-SNCK modulated signal characteristics are studied,including the bandwidth efficiency,the Power Spectral Density and the energy concentration.Finally,the channel models were established to analysis the BER performance,including the Added White Gause Noise(AWGN)channel,the Doppler frequency shift channel and the Multipath channel.(3)The Quaternary Frequency-curve Orthogonal SNCK digital modulation method is proposed for another orthogonal basis functions.First,introduces the modulation principle and the non-coherent demodulation method based on CORDIC algorithm.Then the software simulation platform of the overall communication system is built.Finally comes the analysis of the signal characteristics and the wireless channel adaptability of communication system.(4)The research of this thesis is summerized.And the advantage and disadvantage of the two kinds of proposed multiple modulation methods and some contents worthy of furtherstudy are stated.
