In recent years,with the rapid development of the wireless communication field,the problem of the increased scarcity of spectrum resources is becoming increasingly prominent and serious.As one of the means of improving the spectrum utilization rate and solving this problem effectively,cognitive radio(CR)technology is paid more and more attention by people.As the basis and precondition of CR technology,the research of spectrum sensing has more significance.Through analyzing the status of the research of spectrum sensing,this paper focused on cooperated spectrum sensing algorithm based on artificial neural network to improve the adaptability of spectrum sensing about the complicated and changeable environment.And gain some achievements.First of all,a new spectrum sensing algorithm,optimizing self-organizing neural(SONN)network for spectrum sensing based on wolf pack algorithm(WPA),is proposed to solve the problem that the parameters of the neural network is suboptimum in the spectrum sensing algorithm based on SONN.In this new algorithm,after using the SONN to achieve spectrum sensing,the parameters of SONN is optimized by WPA.And design some experiments to prove that this new algorithm has a better spectrum sensing performance.Secondly,a new swarm intelligence optimization algorithm,cultural wolf pack algorithm(CWPA),is proposed to solve the problem that which based on WPA and combined with the cultural algorithm,is proposed to solve the problem that the intelligent search of the wolf pack is with no guidance in the WPA.In CWPA,in order to realize the guidance of intelligent search for wolf pack using knowledge,WPA is embedded into the framework of evolutionary computation for the cultural algorithm.And design some experiments to prove that CWPA has a better convergence performance.Finally,a new spectrum sensing algorithm,optimizing back-propagation neural network(BPNN)for spectrum sensing based on CWPA,is proposed further.In this new algorithm,after using the BPNN to achieve spectrum sensing,the parameters of BPNN is optimized by CWPA.And design some experiments to prove that this new algorithm has a better spectrum sensing performance than the algorithm that optimizing BPNN for spectrum sensing based on WPA.
