With the development of Internet technology and medical information technology,the cross-hospital medical information data sharing is gradually building,and the data scale is huge,the information source is diversified.All of these bring many serious problems,such as the network security and the payment security.Focusing on the problems existed in the current network isolation and secure payment in hospitals,this study focuses on improving existing network architecture solutions and improving secure payment protocols and providing a better secure network environment in military hospitals.The main work of this study is as follows:(1)Based on the research of domestic and foreign relevant literature,the problems existed in the network security and the payment security were analyzed and summarized,and the research direction of the paper was determined.(2)By comparing the SET protocol for network communication and security protocol SSL for electronic transactions,this paper analyzed the respective characteristics,security features,transaction flow and advantages and disadvantages of the two protocols.Based on the deep research of SSL protocol and SET protocol,this paper proposed an improved model by combining these two protocols.The improved model took account of the expansibility and convenience of SSL protocol and the stability and security of SET protocol.It is more suitable for e-commerce environment,and more practical and more secure than the original one.(3)Encryption and decryption program of SET were lack of security strength.An improved elliptic curve cryptography was proposed to replace the original private key encryption algorithm and improve the speed,performance and security of the protocol.In this paper,we used an improved NAF algorithm developing the encryption and decryption speed of data affected by time consuming of ECC point multiplication.Compared with common algorithms,the improved algorithm had better time complexity and used less computational resources.At the same time,the improved elliptic curve cryptosystem and MD5 hash generation algorithm combined to improve the digital signature scheme to further improve the security of SET protocol.(4)Aiming at the problems of weak security and complicated management of the existing network architecture,the paper analyzed the current advanced physical isolation and wirelessisolation design and proposed a wired-wireless convergence solution.On the basis of the simplification of the network structure and optimization of management,the improved plan improved the security isolation between the intranet further and the extranet of the military hospital,realized the effective defense against attacks from Internet and the effective protection of intranet data and reinforces the overall information security level in hospital.Hospital management and monitoring system could monitor and manage users better.The hospital mobile payment terminal used a payment platform equipped with an improved SET payment protocol to provide fast,secure and reliable service for patient registration,payment and other operations.
