Surface evaporation air cooler is a new type of energy saving,water saving and air cooling equipment which combines water cooling,air cooling,heat transfer and mass transfer.And with the rapid development of computer technology and China's heat transfer engineering,the process control requirements for surface evaporation air cooler continue to increase,and the monitor on heat exchange process of air cooler by using advanced control technology has a good application prospect.The main contributions are as follows:The technological requirements and the technological process of surface evaporation air cooler are labored firstly,which determines the overall design scheme of the control system of surface evaporation air cooler,and studies the application of chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm in the control system.Field text is conducted on system scheme based on the overall control scheme.According to the manufacturers' requirements and the characteristics of the controlled object,temperature and humidity sensors,pressure sensors and communication module are selected to form lower computer,industrial PC and kingview constitute the upper computer,electric control schematic diagram and system software of the experimental device are designed.By using monitoring system developed by kingview software to conduct real-time display and monitoring for process parameters consist of surface evaporation air cooler with hot water,steam medium temperature,flow,pressure and so on to achieve data storage,historical data query and other functions.In order to distribute the load of fan and water pump,reduce the energy loss and obtain the maximum heat exchange,the intelligent control of the system is realized.Through conducting comparative and analytic research between chaotic particle swarm algorithm and multi-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization control algorithms based on the relationship between the surface evaporation air cooler heat exchange and air cooling equipment load.The multi-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization control algorithm is finally selected to establish the control model of surface evaporation air cooler.And MATLAB is utilized to conduct simulation analysis for two different kinds of control algorithm.The results show that when the total output load is identical,the optimal results calculated by the multi-objective chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm,when the frequency converter to adjust the frequency of the circulating water pump is 50 Hz,the frequency of the fan is 40 Hz,the heat exchange capacity is up to 1054 KW.Achieve the calculation of chaos particle swarm control algorithm using matlab software and realize the data communication between kingview and matlab through DDE.The kingview transmit the real-time monitoring data to the matlab to control the chaotic particle swarm algorithm.Calculation results are used to control the output of analog quantity by kingview so as to realize intelligent control based on Control system of SEAC and improve production efficiency.The system studied in this them has been designed and debugged on the spot and it runs stably and meets the expected requirements.The design results of the monitoring system can provide reference for the construction and reconstruction of the automatic monitoring and control system of future similar surface evaporative air coolers.
