The grid company proposed to 2020 to achieve the goal of "full coverage,full collection,full charge" to the national electricity customers.To accelerate the construction of electricity information collection system becomes a very important work.Intelligent acquisition system is an important support for the realization of information management information technology,but also an important link to connect the company with the user.In the past fee control system,there is a case where the remote switching fails when the communication is abnormal in the remote charging mode.Residents can directly access the energy meter,there is a certain security risk and the possibility of user stealing.At the same time the user interaction experience is not high.Therefore,this paper designed a new interactive terminal to support centralized credit card.The interactive terminal use buttons,LCD and RF card as an interactive medium.It is based on dual CPU hardware platform of LPC1788 and R5F364AMDFA and software architecture management of embedded RTOS?C/OS-?.The user can achieve the query,deposit and other operations by brushing the card.The interactive terminal also increases the function of brushing the card to close the swith in the remote charging mode.This paper studies the current situation and development trend of the interactive terminal on the basis of reading a large number of literature on electricity collection terminal and prepayment and other related fields.This article also introduces the structure and working principle of the comprehensive electricity consumption information collection system.At the same time,The specific contents and working principle of each subsystem are expounded,and the functional requirements and overall design scheme of the system are put forward according to the existing problems of intelligent interactive terminal.Depending on the performance requirements of the system,this paper made a program comparison and selection of the system,both from hardware and software,designed a NXP and Renesas dual-CPU chip as the core of intelligent interactive terminal system.The hardware of the system adopts the design of the board and the core board.It mainly includes the following modules:power module,main control module,acquisition module,storage module,communication module,display module,local maintenance interface module and prepaid module.The software design introduces the design and development methods of ?C/OS-? porting and emWin graphical user interface,and introduces the development process of application software of prepaid module and management unit module.And the interaction between the interactive terminal and the meter and the two-way communication protocol between the management unit and the fee control unit chip are introduced in detail.Finally,Introduced the functional testing method,testing process and test results of the interactive terminal system major functional modules.And conducted a system reliability testing to ensure normal and stable operation of the system.
