| The SMS business hall has became one of an important service and marketing channel of electronic channels,based on its advantages of low threshold and wide popularization.But as it carries more and more business,the problems come along,such as complex business commands,increasing interactions.Complex business commands caused obvious troubles that the commands can not be easily remembered by the users,uplink commands can not be recognized.Therefore,how to improve the recognition of SMS business hall commands and to help users to handle their business quicker and easier become a very important task.In this paper,we took user experiences of SMS business hall and expanding business needs as basis,to analyze the current situation of SMS business hall through its customer numbers,business volume and business commands,emphatically inthe problem of unrecognized uplink commands,and propose the solution:the SMS business hall can recognize user’snatural language commands and give feedback by combining with the application technology of intelligent question-answering system.Firstly,this paper designed an intelligent question-answering system for the SMS business hall.Through the research and study on main technical elements of intelligent question-answering system,including the key technologies such as Chinese word segmentation technology,sentences similarity calculationetc.,combined with the user’s natural language commands characteristics and domain characteristics of SMS business hall,completed the architecture and function module designs for intelligent question-answering system.Secondly,this paper researched the core function modules of the system.This system mainly consists of the commands processing module and a commands query module.Thecommands processing module takes ANSJ word segmentation to handle the participles and stop words of natural language commands.The commands query module uses keywords similarity calculation method to compare the similarities between user’s uplink natural language commands and standard commands.Meanwhile,the system set the similarity threshold conditions to give standardized feedbacks to users,and meet their requirements by digital navigation mode.Lastly,this paperimplemented the intelligent question-answering system for SMS business hall.Based on the prophase analysis on user requirements,intelligent question-answering system implemented technology research and learning,designed feasible intelligent question-answering system frame and main function module,ultimately adoptedJAVA to implement the intelligent question-answering system for SMS business hall.According to the system testing results,the technologies and methods used in this paper effectivelyimplemented the process of translating user’s invalid commands to recognizable commands,basically meet the users requirements and the demands for business development of SMS business hall. |
