With the rapid development of the industry,how to choose the optimal shielding materials is one of the key issues to ensure nuclear safety in production.Should be considered in terms of gamma-ray shielding material,material type,weight,price,size,density and other factors,namely the shielding materials for multi-objective optimal,so as to reach the optimal design scheme.Traditional multilayer stay on in the shield optimization scheme and design of subjective ability,experience,etc.Multi-objective optimization based on multilayer shields in the study,through the function modeling,multi-objective optimization and quadratic optimization genetic algorithm,this paper proposes a new multi-objective optimization design method of multilayer shield.At the same time with the existing genetic algorithm and multi-objective optimization is mostly devoted to focus on process parameters in genetic operators,to speed up the computing speed and so on,in this paper,the multi-objective optimization genetic algorithm is more focused on results with focus on multilayer shield material parameter controllability,can according to the engineering actual situation on the results of the multilayer shield parameters Settings,making this method more practical.In addition,this article proposed quadratic optimization through theory,the results of multi-objective genetic algorithm(ga)for further optimization.Based on multilayer shield multi-objective optimization theory,the results of experiment and simulation verification,proved that the method validity and feasibility.In addition this paper by using a visual interface and the combination of two parts of the multi-objective optimization results,the user can according to the actual need of radiation field option,multilayer shield geometry option,multi-objective optimization control,using this method by computing functions.The software integrated with visualization,calculation and optimization,greatly improve the software is scientific and practical,for the user in the multilayer shield multi-objective optimization design provides a new choice.The main content is as follows:(1)The multi-objective model of multilayer shielding genetic algorithm was established,and the multilayer shielding materials and thickness solution were obtained through the target function.And then we can find the optimal solution through the evaluation function.(2)The optimal solution of the evaluation function is optimized by the quadratic optimization model.The results of quadratic optimization were validated by the method of MCNP and experiment.Prove the correctness of the method.(3)A GUI visual interface for multi-objective optimization of multi-layer shielding is achieved,and the optimization of gamma-ray multilayer shielding for different energies is realized.
