Implementation Of Image Fusion Method Based On Improved IHS And PCA

Image fusion is a comprehensive processing for multiple source images at the same physical scene,and then obtains a more comprehensive image which can describe the scene.Multi-source image fusion is an integrated information processing technology,which can eliminate the redundancy from multi-source images,and improve the image reliability and clarity.With the development of satellite remote sensing technology,the role of remote sensing images in real life is becoming more and more obvious.The spectral resolution of multi spectral images is high and the spatial resolution is low,it is just the opposite of the panchromatic images.The fused images obtained by remote sensing images are multi spectral images with high resolution that helpful for further analysis and decision making.The definition and spatial resolution of infrared image are lower than visible light image's,so it's visual effect is worse than visible image's.The fusion of infrared and visible images can judge the profile position of heat sources more accurately,and has a wide range of practical value.In this paper,the related background and significance of fusiontechnology,and the research status at home and abroad is introduced firstly.In this part,the main concepts of image fusion,image preprocessing,fusion level,subjective and objective evaluation are described in detail,technology of image fusion based on pixel level is analyzed.Through experiments,PCA,IHS and wavelet transform are carried out respectively,and a improved PCA+IHS is used to fuse the remote sensing images.Finally,the edge of the images are extracted and combined with PCA+IHS to fuse infrared and visible images,the experiments results show that the Image fusion based on PCA+IHS can work effectively.With the help of OpenCV and Swift language,an system for image fusion is designed on the Mac platform.Finally,this paper uses OpenCV combined with Swift language to realize these algorithm in this paper on Mac platform,and designs a set of image fusion system.
