Currently the location-based service is one of the businesses characterized by bright market prospects and enormous development potential.In this context,positioning based on wireless mobile communication network has become a basic project for all operation subjects,whose kernel is to acquire the exact position of users' hand-held terminals.This paper takes the samples of position data achieved in drive test in Hangzhou,adopts the self-reacting positioning method to LOS/NLOS,which firstly identifies LOS or NLOS of the environment to be measured and then modifies the data errors in NLOS environment.This paper uses improved Chan to realize location in two-dimensional and three-dimensional spaces,verifies the validity of models,draws the motion trails of hand-held terminals in two-dimensional space,and transfers the results in Gauss coordinate system to coordinates in geodetic coordinate system.The empirical results show that the positionaI accuracy is within 1 meter in two-dimensional space,and 10 meters in three-dimensional space.Taking communication radius and orientation cost of base stations under consideration,improving models to achieve the quasi-optimal positional accuracy,this paper analyzes the connection between degrees and positional accuracy and comes to the conclusion that when degrees grow bigger,the number of accuracy becomes smaller and the position is more accurate.At the same time,positional accuracy declines fast with the increasing degrees at the very beginning until the degrees reach to 10,and after that,the accuracy keeps to a small value and tends to be stable.
