At present,the infrared thermal imager is widely used in daily life,especialy in medical field,such as,the screening of early diseases,examination of skin diseases,and so on.Using the infrared thermal imager to sift the diseases,especially human vertebrae cervical lesions,is not in-depth.In this thesis,the pattern recognition algorithm is applied to classify the infrared images,and K-L transform algorithm is proposed to analyse images.The Euclidean distance is used to locate the damaged position of vertebrae cervical.Finally,we design human vertebrae cervical detection software,which can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis.The main research of this paper is described as followed.The collection of infrared images for vertebrae cervical is completed.Firstly,the performance of infrared thermal imager and the process of acquiring infrared images are discussed in detail.The infrared images will achieve the best results through intercepting the image.The vertebrae cervical infrared images are diagnosed.The pixel values of the vertebrae cervical infrared images are put into the formula of the relationship between the piexls and temperature,then the temperature information of images are obtained.The training sample contains the normal and abnormal vertebrae cervical infrared images.To get the feature space and reduce the dimension of samples,The K-L algorithm is used to analysis the temperature of training sample.All samples are projected to the feature space to get the projection coefficients.We can find whether the vertebrae cervical is ill or not,according as the inner-class distance is less than the inter-class distance.The condition of the sample to be identified is consistent with the condition of the training sample with the smallest Euclidean distance.The detection software of human vertebrae cervical infrared images is realized.The above research is designed to the lession analysis system of human vertebrae cervical infrared images with GUI.The software,which makes it more convenient to verify and interpret the applicability of the algorithm,can implement the analysis of the lession of the vertebrae cervical infrared images.
