| With the popularization of Information Technology,the informatization of education is facing a great opportunity of development.As to the performance management in universities,it is important to build up one by means of the Information Technology to integrate the factors associated with performance.Therefore,we take Shijiazhuang Engineering Vocational College as the object of demand to develop a university performance management system.After researching and studying the teachers’ performance system of Shijiazhuang Engineering Vocational College,we come up with several things are as follows:1)The function model of the university performance management system based on the lightweight J2 EE platform is proposed.And the use case diagram based on UML is drawn to describe the business process and implementation method of each function.2)After studying the algorithm thoroughly,we came up with an improved algorithm.The improved algorithm enhances the efficiency of mining frequent item sets to a certain extent by using the Perfect Hash Function,optimized transaction compression technique,packet query count and the technique which directly generate candidate item sets without using the α-β pruning.At the same time,we confirmed the superiority of the improved algorithm by comparing the performances of the two algorithms in two ways: the theory and the experiment.3)The university performance management system based on the lightweight J2 EE architecture is developed.Aiming to solve the problems of teaching evaluation in the system,we make the performance evaluation fairer and more equitable with the improved Apriori algorithm.The research and development of this system provides meaningful reference for the construction of performance management system in universities. |
