Nonferrous metals,as a significantt component of China's economic base,are widely used in automobile industry,electronic industry,machinery industry and other fields,and occupy a more and more vital status.With the rapid development of China's national economy,the demand for non-ferrous metals is rising sharply,and the shortage of non-ferrous metal resources is becoming increasingly serious.In order to alleviate its shortage,it is necessary to increase manpower to exploit,test and process for non-ferrous metals.With the high increase of employees and business volume,the pressure of business process and administration also increases,and the problem of internal friction is more and more outstanding.It is necessary to design and develop a set of management system for nonferrous metal laboratory in order to improve the exploiting efficiency of the nonferrous metals and efficiently manage the laboratory analysis information,and realize the paperless office.According to the information management demand of MINMETALS COPPER(Hunan)COMPANY LIMITED,this thesis adopts B/S model,JAVA technology and SSM(Spring+SpringMVC+MyBatis)framework to design and develop the non-ferrous metals laboratory management system.The main work of this thesis can be summarized as follows:(1)It takes nonferrous metals as the research background,analyzes the present technical situation of laboratory management system development,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the current laboratory management system;(2)It gives the overall analysis and design to the company laboratory management system's demand.The system is based on the SSM framework,adopts MySQL database and Tomcat server to realize.And at the meantime,it adopts Maven to manage the project which convenients for the maintenance of the laboratory management system and the upgrade of the version.(3)Divides the laboratory management system into five functional sub modules according to the requirements of laboratory system,determines the functional requirements of each sub module,and adopts the current mainstream technology for system development.This thesis takes the laboratory sub module and intelligent recommendation sub module as an example,introduces its design and implementation in detaily.Among them,the intelligent recommendation subsystem with innovative significance can recommend material information to current user in real time by applying the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm to the intelligent recommendation subsystem,which greatly improves company's efficiency.(4)It realizes the friendly design of the man-machine interaction page of the laboratory management system of the non ferrous metal.After the whole system is developed,specific test cases are written to each sub module,and tests its functions.The laboratory management system designed in this thesis has been put in operation in company,it can effectively improve the analysing efficiency of non-ferrous metals,realize the paperless laboratory information management demands,and it greatly improve the working efficiency of the laboratory.
