Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a current research hotspot at home and abroad.It has broad application prospects in military,environmental monitoring and industrial production.The coverage quality of wireless sensor network is related to the performance and quality of the whole network,and the sensor nodes are vulnerable to attack or intrusion in the process of coverage optimization.Most of the existing WSN coverage research focused on the coverage efficiency,but there is a lack of comprehensive consideration of safety and coverage.So how to resist external attacks and ensure reliable communication and efficient coverage is the current research key.First of all,this paper focuses on the WSN optimization covering problem.The particle swarm optimization(PSO)is easy to fall into the local optimal solution in the later stage,so this paper combine it with glowworm swarm optimization(GSO)and cuckoo algorithm(CS)proposed two optimized hybrid algorithms:PGSO and PSO_CS.On one hand,GSO algorithm can search the optimal solution space of local and global solutions.Combine it with PSO can make use of the advantages of both algorithms.On the other hand,CS algorithm can find the global optimal solution,and has good versatility and robustness,but the convergence rate is slow,so it can be combined with the PSO algorithm to form an optimized algorithm.Both of the improved two algorithms can solve the problem that PSO is easy to fall into the local optimal solution,so that the performance of the algorithm in solving the WSN coverage problem is improved.Secondly,in order to solve the problem that the WSN is vulnerable to the communication,this paper proposed a trust management mechanism for wireless sensor networks.The trust mechanism takes into account different trust factors,considering the direct trust value of the subject to the object and the indirect trust value of the third party.Finally,the comprehensive trust value of sensor node is obtained.Adjust the sensing radius and the communication radius according to the trust value of node.We combine this trust model with hybrid swarm intelligence algorithm PGSO and PSO_CS to make the network adaptive adjustment and quickly get optimal reliable cover when under the invasion.Simulation experiments were carried out for the proposed algorithms in this paper.We compared the performance of two hybrid swarm intelligence algorithm based on PSO and the original PSO algorithm.The simulation results show that the PGSO algorithm and PSO_CS algorithm have improved significantly contrasted with the original algorithm in terms of coverage.Compared with the traditional method,the hybrid algorithm based on the trust model not only can guarantee the reliable coverage but also increase the overall coverage of wireless sensor network in a large scale,especially deploy more excellent performance in the larger network but not too much redundant nodes.On the basis of hybrid swarm intelligence algorithm,the problem of network security is considered.We compared the traditional method with hybrid swarm intelligence algorithm based on trust value.The hybrid algorithm based on the trust value improves the coverage of the whole WSN and ensures the security and efficiency of the whole network.
