In recent years, rapid economic development has led to the increasing depletion of traditional energy sources, and environmental issues become more prominent. Therefore, the use of new energy sources has been given more and more attention.Due to the extensive use of wireless terminal equipment,by which the electromagnetic wave energy generated spreads every corner of life, and this energy is collected to be fully utilized for further study.Meanwhile, the rapid development of modern electronic technology and low-power electronic devices makes autonomous low-power wireless sensor self-powered supply possible.Target towards the battery-free wireless sensor, this paper proposes a wireless sensor system based on RF signal energy collection.Firstly, aiming at the efficiency problem of radio frequency energy harvesting, the parameters of receiving antenna and voltage double rectifier are optimized, and high-sensitivity receiving antenna array and high-efficiency voltage double rectifier are obtained.Compared with the existing RF energy harvesting system, the RF energy harvesting module designed in this paper improves the energy harvesting ability. Then,in view of the weak radio frequency energy, energy accumulation and multi-level management of energy are used to convert the weak RF energy into available power.Experiments show that when the input voltage is 120 mV,the energy management module can convert the weak energy boost into a sustainable power supply so as to provide a stable energy for the wireless sensor module completing the data acquisition and transmission. Finally, wireless sensor modules including sensor data acquisition, wireless data transmission and auxiliary energy management control are studied.Microprocessor controls low-power module entry and exit based on changes in energy storage.Experiments show that when wireless signals are transmitted by the wireless router in the indoor environment, the energy collected by the RF energy collecting module can reach 328?J in 60 s so that the wireless sensor system can periodically perform data collection and wireless data transmission.
