With the development of computer information technology and people's growing concern about health issues,medical information transparency,digital medical process has become a trend.In order to improve the medical treatment of patients in the satisfaction of treatment,this paper presents a "medical treatment card" digital treatment model,"medical diagnosis card" account is the patient's unique identity in the hospital.The medical process diagnosis information,prescription information and a series of treatment information can save to the storage device throught the treatment method to ensure that medical information will not be damaged or lost due to time reasons,while patients in the registration,treatment only need to give a cartoon,no need to cumbersome registration of personal information,which greatly reducing the treatment time;In addition the patient can always view their own health files,and doctors can also be based on the patient's health file for diagnosis.The observation of the school each school staff have their own Campus-One-Ccard,and "medical treatment card" features fully consistent,so this paper think the hospital to be medical environment,Campus-One-Card as a medium,the use of contemporary computer technology,information management technology and so on to the school hospital medical treatment process modeling,and has given the concrete implementation plan and the test analysis.This paper focuses on the analysis of the traditional school hospital business.The focus of this paper is the outpatient service.The outpatient service is divided into five modules: registration management,treatment management,drug administration,charge management and electronic file management.Secondly,the UML modeling method is used to model the system requirements and the system data of the outpatient visiting service.The requirements of the use case diagram,the use case diagram of each module,the activity diagram of each module and the use case description of the specific function of each module are used in the requirement modeling phase.In the stage of data modeling,the data interaction between the modules is sketched by the ER diagram.At the stage of database design,the ER diagram of each function module is combined with the requirement analysis to analyze the data of each example in the system.The name of the data specific to the type,type of specific,data length of the specification and description of specific.The architecture design includes data layer,hardware layer,business layer and presentation layer.The functional structure is designed mainly for the outpatient service of the school hospital.The main function modules of the system are analyzed in detail by using UML modeling method.The key points and the functions of each module is described in detail by applying flowchart,class diagram and sequence diagram.Finally,under the framework of.NET Framework,Oracle 11 g database is adopted for data storage,and VB.NET is chosen as the development language.In order to ensure the robustness of the system,this paper conducts function test on the registration management,consultation management,charge management and pharmacy management of the digital outpatient medical management system based on the Campus-One-Card,and carries on the non-function test to the whole system.Through analyzing the test result,The medical management system is feasible and robust to meet the design requirements.User trial,reflecting the system is running well,functional and non-functional areas have reached the requirements.
