Design And Implementation Of Invoicing Management System Of Tian Yang Supermarket

Computer technology develops rapidly nowadays,and its position has been more and more prominent in people's life and company management.Advanced technologies can be used to solve problems appear in traditional company management,such as low efficiency,the incomplete management scope and the management of real time and so on.The development and wide range of promotion technology make many companies convenient.There are many kinds of supermarket management systems available,those systems can be mainly categorized into general software and special software.The general software always considers many situations to improve the versatility,but it may be difficult for small supermarkets to use.In addition,the special software is generally for a certain type of supermarkets,there is a strong targeted and can not meet the needs of the general small supermarkets.Therefore,the invoicing management systems which are suitable for small supermarkets are lacked.The research object of this thesis is a local supermarket in Xi'an,which is transformed from small supermarket to medium-sized supermarket.In the face of the need of improving the efficiency of management,an inventory management system which is suitable for the supermarket has been developed.This system realizes the service chain of suppliers,customers and enterprises,and establishes the company services like supply,sales,production,human,material,financial and so on,which provide convenience for the development of the supermarket.In the system analysis phase,it is analyzed that the system should help the supermarket to complete the tasks that include procurement of goods,store management,inventory checking,inventory warning,the sale,supply and inquiry of goods and the basic information of users,customers and suppliers.Then,based on the research of needs,the thesis analyzes and describes the use cases of different users,gets the specific functional requirements and makes discussions.After these steps,the demand analysis,data and process modeling are carried out.Finally,the system is divided into several functional modules,respectively are the login module,purchase-sales module,inventory management module,query statistics module,financial module and the basic information management module.In the process of system development,use Java development platform,combined with the supermarket's operating status and data storage capacity,select the MY SQL management database,use Tomcat as server.In the structure of the system,use B/S three layers architecture model to ensure the scalability of system and ease of operation.Thesystem follows the MVC model,using model2,that is,Jsp+Servlet+Javabean.In these ways,the complexity and coupling degree of the system could be reduced,the reusability of the code and the maintainability and flexibility of the system could be improved.The display of web page control and the judgment and processing of the transaction in front end are realized by Javascript.HTML+CSS technology is applied to complete the construction of the front end,the interception of illegal login is achieved by the filtering method.The test plan includes black box method and the white box method,aimed at testing the correctness and stability of the system.The whole tests are categorized by functional test and nonfunctional test.The result shows that the system run normally and correctly,could improve the efficiency of supermarket management,reduce operating costs,and make contribution to the modernization of the supermarket.
