Research And Implementation Of Membership Management System Based On Ontology

In recent years,the development of network technology,the maturity of the enterprise information construction,making all kinds of enterprises in member management an increasingly competitive.Modern information management relies on the analysis and processing of large amounts of data.Enterprises want to be invincible in the market competition,and information must be transformed into knowledge to share and optimize the resource value of the enterprise.Existing member management systems have semantic heterogeneity due to different developers,different platforms and different service objects,resulting in the sharing of resources and information exchange between systems.How to apply ontology to membership management system is the focus of this research.This thesis uses ontology as the theoretical foundation,uses ontology editing tool Protege to build membership management domain ontology,and uses Jena development kit to implement ontology-to-relational data transformation tool.According to the ontology of membership management,we design and implement a membership management system based on WeChat public platform.First of all,it studies the related concepts and construction methods of domain ontology and builds ontology of membership management.According to the formal representation of the ontology and the storage method,the ontology-to-relational database transformation rules are designed and the conversion tools are implemented.Then the requirements of the membership management system are analyzed according to the domain ontology model.The functional requirements include the requirements of both the WeChat public number and the background management system.Based on the above analysis of requirements,the overall structure of membership management system is designed.WeChat public number module,public number management module,membership card management module,user management module,activity center management module,integral exchange management module and auxiliary function module are designed in detail,and gives the design scheme and implementation process.In addition,a detailed description of the system database table design,given column fields and related descriptions.Then,in the subsequent chapters,the experimental environment of the system is described,and the main functional modules are tested to give the final running result of the system.Finally,summarize the work of this topic,and put forward the direction of further improvement on the current work deficiencies.
