Being the infrastructure serving the public,the location of public facilities is closely related to the fair distribution of public resources and social justice,and moreover,the central topic of the planning and development of Smart City.However,currently there is a lack of effective theoretical frameworks on the location of public facilities in Smart City planning,against which background a framework based on multilayer complex network is proposed in this paper,whose detailed procedures are as follows:Firstly,a facilities location analysis framework based on “behavior-object-eventplane” multilayer complex network is proposed.Based on the ABC ontology,the domain ontology of facility location is constructed,and the network structures of behavior layer,object layer,event layer and plane layer in the framework of location analysis are formally described.The main computing factors involved in this framework are also well defined,which provides theoretical support for the facilities location of Smart City.Secondly,a ATM site location is taken as the case study for the analysis framework.The real site location analysis model is built based on the facility location analysis framework,including the location influence factor model,plane attribute partition model and ATM demand allocation model.This case study is employed to verify the effectiveness of the facilities location framework.Finally,the application platform of facilities location analysis framework is designed and implemented.The whole business process of site location is integrated into the platform,and the platform roles model,conceptual model and platform interface are designed.According to the specific requirements of facility location,the location model is parameterized and visualized.The platform module is explicit,easy to expand and readily compatible.In this paper,the construction multilayer complex network analysis framework is completed.Based on the construction of facility location analysis framework,the general location model provides theoretical support for the facilities.
