With rapid development of computer science,Android smartphones have brought great convenience to people's lives.However,the openness of Android gave malicious attackers opportunities to attack our phones using the loopholes of Android system.They send commands from distant servers to steal and sell our private and financial information.Currently,there exists many kinds of malicious attacks,mainly elevated privileges attack,collusion attack,and Man-in-the-Middle Attack.It's never too early to enhance the security of Android system,when this system is getting more and more widely used.This subject finds the vulnerabilities of the existing Android systems as well as the existing firewalls and delivers a new protection model.On this basis,a new lightweight firewall system is proposed.The new model and firewall implementations,including device information,location imformation,text messages,contacts and other sensitive information protection,intent communication mandatory access control,and collusion-free security.As extension of intermediate layer of the Android operation system,the model accomplishes enhancement of runtime environment isolation of applications by means of coloring different trust level applications in different colors by the color mechanism.This paper introduces the measures to enhance Android security,mainly network security,as well as the design and implementation of these measures.At last,we will show our achievement demonstration.After testing,the protection model and the design of lightweight firewall can reach our goal of enhancing Android network security by successfully protecting user privacy.
