As the development of the digital Signal Processing(DSP)technology,Orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing(OFDM)applications in the wireless field has achieved great success. The OFDM technology in optical communication,a high rate can be constructed,large-capacity,low-cost optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(O-OFDM)transmission system.Compared with the conventional optical communication technology,O-OFDM has stronger anti-dispersion ability.Because of its many advantages,in recent years has been widespread concern. The Asymmetrically Clipped Optical OFDM technique is an application of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)technique in ultraviolet communication. It improves the wireless OFDM communication in structure for require of optical transmission system. But Peak-to-Average Power Ratio has been one of the key issues to be overcome in the ACO-OFDM system. In Ultraviolet communication system, the high PAPR not only has a great impact to the modulation efficiency of optical modulators, but also easy to cause damage to human organs. This paper analyzes the PAPR suppression in ACO-OFDM system.Proposed using Golay complementary sequences and Reed-Muller code combination of comprehensive coding scheme. The simulation results show that the algorithm allows the system maximum PAPR reducing 4-5dB than ever both with error correcting capability.Meanwhile,to the high complexity and poor performance of the original algorithm, the paper proposed a new decoding algorithm based on the fast Hadamard transform(FHT),so that the complexity of the system and decoding performance have been improved. In another hand, the paper also takes the interleaved coded technology of wireless system to the AOC-OFDM system to reduce the PAPR.Designed a multiplex judgment interleaving scheme and mix it with the original algorithms.Simulation results show its effectiveness.
