Studying the special electrical characteristics of the slot structure,especially the resonant characteristics,can provide new solutions for broadband,differential,miniaturization and multi-frequency microwave devices,and have important research significance and potential application for the development of wireless communication devices.Around the above-mentioned topic,this thesis mainly did the following work:The study of filtering device based on the slotline structure is presented in the first part of this thesis.Firstly,the thesis presented theoretical analysis of the half-wavelength slot line structure,putting forward relevant method to filtering it and the corresponding synthesis theory,and on the basis of this,proposed prototype structure is slowed wave and differentiated,which also applied to the balance to unbalanced power divider design.Size reduction,bandwidth increases,high common-mode rejection,harmonic suppression and other beneficial characteristics is obtained in the thesis.Secondly,the feasibility of scheme is well verified by electromagnetic simulation and measurements of the fabricated exemplary single-ended broadband band-pass filter,periodically balanced slot line structure,multi-layer vialess vertical differential transition structure and balanced to unbalanced out-of-phase power divider.Finally,the results of theoretical calculation,electromagnetic simulation and physical measurement indicate that the scheme is accurate and achievable.It could be predicted that these four new types of filtering devices have important potential applications in mobile wireless communication devices.The study of antenna technology based on the slot resonant characteristics is presented in the second part of this thesis.Firstly,the thesis studied loading interdigital capacitor open slot structure and lumped capacitor closed slot structure,and the solution of miniaturization and Multi-banding of the slot antenna is thereby obtained by excavating the multi-resonance characteristics of the slot.In addition,rectifier antenna is researched in the thesis,successfully implementing integrated wireless energy capture board.Secondly,the feasibility of scheme is well verified by electromagnetic simulation and measurements of the fabricated devices,ie,exemplary compact interdigital capacitor loaded open slot antenna,dualband slot antenna and rectifier antenna.Finally,the results of electromagnetic simulation and physical measurement indicate that correctness of proposed theory.The corresponding performance comparison analysis has important reference value for future's antenna design.
