Electronic equipment has been widely used in many fields with the rapid development of electronic technology,so the test of electronic equipment is of great significance.In order to realize the high accuracy and high degree of automation of the circuit board automatic positioning test system,this paper develops positioning system of circuit board measuring point based on machine vision,and the main work includes the following aspects:1?Based on machine vision,the overall scheme of the system for measuring the position of the circuit board is designed,which includes the construction of the hardware platform of the machine vision,principle of vision positioning system and the research on the algorithm of correcting the position of the circuit board2?It Intensively analyses the structure,principle,performance index,performance requirements for industrial camera,lens,light source,computer system and other machine vision hardware and select the appropriate hardware to build the system hardware platform according to the results of parameters.3?The relative position of the actual position to the reference position of the circuit board is calibrated based on the least square model and the robust estimation model,at the same time verify the validity of the least square model and the robust estimation model and give the application range of the robust estimation model.4?On the.net platform,we develop the software of vision positioning system,which mainly to completes the hardware device configuration,image acquisition,camera calibration and image positioning,such as the work.Among them,the image positioning uses the PatMax image template matching algorithm.Realize the software development of the circuit board position calibration module based on C#and MATLAB mixed programming.5?Take a circuit board for example to test the main function of the vision positioning system and accomplish the joint test of automatic test system software platform,three axis motion control platform and machine vision positioning platform,then give the result to verify that the vision positioning system can accurately locate the target on the circuit board.
