Factoring business in China started relatively late,the initial development is relatively slow.With the gradual reform of the domestic financial,has spawned a variety of financial or financial sectors.Factoring industry As a new field of finance,commercial factoring enterprises are developing rapidly after the introduction of the government's management approach to factoring companies.The business factoring business can bring benefits to suppliers and retailers such as increased turnover,risk protection,cost savings,simplification of procedures and increased profitability.In order to carry out efficient and comprehensive management of commercial factoring enterprises and relevant information,the subject of the study.The main research contents of this paper are research on the business factoring management.This paper designs and impl ements a commercial factoring system based on fine-grained access control model.The main innovations in this paper are as follows:1.In order to improve the security of the system and prevent illegal access to system resources,this paper introduces the r ole-based access control model in cloud storage environment.2.In view of the shortcomings of the existing access control model,this paper proposes a role-based fine-grained cloud storage access control model.According to the characteristics of commercial factoring system in cloud storage environment,the model abstracts the system resources in a unified way,organize system resources by tree structure,and introduces hierarchical authorization mechanism to improve security while realizing the flexibilit y of the authorization.In order to improve the performance of model,a pre-order traversal tree algorithm is adopted.3.Design and implement a commercial factoring system based on fine-grained access control model,and apply this model into one specific system.Based on the Spring MVC integrated development framework,this commercial factoring system implements the system function in java language,which realizes rapid and modular development of the system,improves the development efficiency and system q uality,and reduces the coupling degree of the system.The business factoring business system provided by this study provides a platform for the management and operation of domestic business factoring business,which realizes the electronic operation of fa ctoring business and improves the security of data and efficiency of business.It also regulates the operation of the factoring business and The implementation of the factoring business management department of the factoring business management and busines s monitoring to achieve the factoring business access,audit,approval,support,account management,risk monitoring and other management of the whole process;the establishment of the domestic insurance Business support platform to support the factoring b usiness of product innovation.Therefore,has very important application value and the practical significance.
