Nowadays,The smart devices have become an important part of human social information carriers,the traditional information system based on PC end has gradually extended to the mobile side for interaction.The biobank plays an important role in the medical research such as diagnosis and prediction of diseases,Its informatization and visualization have become a central part of establishment of the biobank.In order to enable the users to operate the biobank remotely,this project designed a biobank information management system based on the Android platform,this information system implements a lot of functions such as users management,QR,sample resource statistics,etc.Beside,a pathological sample gene expression dastabase was established according to the actual disease distribution of the bio-sample in the biobank so that a target sample can be predicted by the classification model at the gene level.The main work and research content of this article are mainly reflected in those following aspects:(1)Summarize the functional requirements of the imformation system,and design the layout and function such as users management,equipment management,sample query,sample storage,etc.Select the appropriate layout for business logic and data display,and complete the communication between Cloud server and client and make the database done.(2)Abstracting the storage structure of samples in biobank as a corresponding data structure,complete the visualized work and make information system and hospital's HIS system docked so that it can provide users imformation from the sample which are belong to the medical donation category.Users can get the medical info of the individual which a specific bio-sample belongs to,and also can manipulate the database remotely.(3)Nowadays it has gradually begun to embed the gene sequencing information into sample related information when building the biobank.For those biological sample without medical testing results which has been through the second-generation sequencing,this system has built a huge gene feature database so that the sample can be predicted by the classification model.This paper use a series of dataset from GEO gene expression data warehouse as training dataset which contains four kind of cancer sample.Trained a series of classifers for cancer gene using FCSVM-RFE algorithm.
