There is a shortage of funds in the development and growth of enterprises.In order to get the funds needed for development,issuing shares has become an important source of corporate financing.Therefore,more and more enterprises choose to go public through listing,and the industries involved are more and more widely.Since the publication of the role of public opinion and media industry strong,publishing and media companies in history to state-owned enterprises or institutions in the form of shares,with the reform of state-owned enterprises to further promote,publishing and media enterprises increasingly choose to grow their own strength through the listing and financing.The South media selected in this paper is a local state-owned publishing media enterprise that has completed the overall listing.This paper first summarizes the existing research results,the enterprise's overall listing and corporate performance and other related concepts on the basis of the definition,and related to the enterprise boundary theory,signal theory,stakeholder theory and value theory,to provide theoretical guidance for the study of the overall market.In order to simplify the analysis of the status and characteristics of the industry below,for the publication of the media industry are introduced,then analyzes the motivation and choice of listed and listed listed on the course mode on Southern media,this paper uses financial indicators analysis before and after the southern media the overall listing of the solvency,operating capacity,profitability and growth capacity.At the same time,combined with DuPont analysis system to conduct a comprehensive study on the performance of the overall listed.The study found that the overall listing has more obvious improvement on the solvency and growth ability of the enterprise,but it has no obvious effect on the operating ability and profitability.Considering the limitation of financial index analysis,this paper introduces the EVA performance analysis,financial index analysis method on the performance of the overall market of Southern media supplemented with non,by calculating the EVA value of Southern media 2011~2016 years after the discovery,as listed enterprise total capital increased sharply in 2016,the southern media EVA value appeared the overall market decline,that did not increase shareholder wealth.In addition,this paper also selects some non financial indicators to supplement andanalyze the performance of the southern media before and after listing,and finds that the overall listing has promoted the realization of the strategic goals,the enhancement of brand value and the improvement of industrial chain management capabilities.Through the research,we get the overall listing,which improves the debt paying ability and growth ability of the southern media,and improves the economic value added of the enterprises.It proves that the overall listing has a positive effect on the performance of the southern media.
