Design And Implementation Of Tax-Checking Sampling Information System Based On Bayesian Network Classifer

Tax evasion can be effectively prevented by tax-checking.As the most basic step in tax checking,tax-checking sampling screens a large number of taxpayers,and selects appropriate taxpayers for tax-checking.In this paper,based on the introduction of tax evasion,data mining and the tools of software system related,Bayesian networks were used in tax-checking sampling management information system as data mining tools.The main work is as follows:Firstly,based on the introduction of the tax evasion and the data mining technology,Bayesian networks were used in tax-checking sampling management information system as data mining tools.the tools of Struts2+Spring+Hibernate based on J2EE framework,Oracle database were confirmed to use in system implementation.Secondly,based on the analysis of basic business work of tax-checking,tax-checking system and tex management system,tax-checking data was collected.Then tax-checking data set(library)was constructed in the collection and comb Xi'an tax-checking data basis,4 Bayesian network classifier models of tax-checking data based on naive Bayesian network classifier,augmented naive-Bayesian network classifier,tree augmented naive-Bayesian network classifier,and general Bayesian network classifier was established.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the basic business of tax-checking,the functional requirements and performance requirements were given,the functional requirements were including the function modules of data statistics and query,Bayesian network model of intelligent checking management,and the performance requirements were including advanced,flexibility,practicability,reliability and expansion system performance and safety requirements;based on the introduction of the Bayesian network classifier,the information representation was constructed,the system database was designed and the integration scheme was presented.Forthly,a J2EE-based SSH three-tier development environment is built.Based on the Browser/Server(B/S),the tax-checking sampling management information system is developed.Fifth,according to the test requiremnts of the system,the overall function module of taxinspection system was tested,and the test results were verified the feasibility of the application of the implementation of the system.At last,the work of the research and development was summarized,and what should to be improved in the futhure was suggested.
