Working memory is a temporary processing and storage of information with limited energy,used to temporarily save and store information.Being the interface between perception long-term memory and action,working memory is the basic support structure of thinking process,which play an important role in many complex cognitive activities.Working memory having a significant correlation with language understanding,reasoning,intelligence,learning and inhibition ability.Working memory is an important indicator of the development of children,which is essential to the development of children.Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a pervasive neurodevelopmental disorder that occurs early in childhood.ASD children have defects in processing working memory and fortunately studies have shown that the working memory deficit can be improved by training.Now there are some working memory training system of ASD children,but with some defects in them,behavior training being the main training tasks,computer being the main training platform and training children needing contact directly with the computer and other electronic products.The purpose of this study is to improve the working memory ability of children with ASD by developing working memory training system,which overcomes the defects in such training systems before.The terminal developmental tool is Android.The most significant feature of the system is the interactive operation mode which does not require the children's direct contact with electronic products,but directly with the physical cards which are familiar to them.The training system gives full consideration to the characteristics of physical and mental development of children with ASD.The popularity of Android mobile terminal,development of image processing and computer vision algorithms especially development and maturity of open source video processing OpenCV library support the technical support for the development of the interactive working memory training system.This topic turns modern science and technology into the system,which improves the interest and effectiveness of intervening treatment.The system will be applied to the clinical treatment,and actively explore the impact of the improvement to the improvement of the ASD children's working memory and the ability.The main work of this paper includes:1?Exposition of related concepts and background.The paper will gives the introduction of the concept and clinical manifestations of autism spectrum disorders and working memory,defects existing in working memory training system before and the significance of the system's research and development.2?The realization of interactive working memory training system for children with autism spectrum disorders.The paper will gives the analysis of the training system requirements,the design of the overall C/S three layer architecture,the selection of related technologies and the detailed design and development of both client and server.The client part mainly introduces the interactive intervention game that meets the children's characters.The training system is divided into two modules:physical modeling module and game training module.The physical modeling module is used to model the familiar objects of ASD children,and constructs the familiar game scenes for ASD children.The game training block is used to provide the interactive working memory training for children.The training are divided into four levels to carry out.4?To study the effect of the system developed in this study on autism intervention.The system was applied to the intervention training of ASD children.The result shows that the performance of the autistic subjects in the working memory ability evaluation task were improved and social behavior of them also has been improved.The expected results are achieved.The technical scheme of the system is reasonable,and it is feasible to improve the working memory ability of children with autism and social interaction.
