The Design And Implementation Of Regions Grid Scheduling Equipment Management System

At present,the province does not have a comprehensive management system that can generally manage power grid dispatching equipment,only some systems with unitary function exist,such as power equipment management system or power equipment operating system and so on.This will cause the existence of link fault in the management of power grid dispatching equipment,such as the defects of theequipment itself,the line failure,the delay of construction period,the lack of human resources,not timely,all of these have a bad impact on business management.For enterprise management,it needs to operate multiple systems at one time,so much work is repetitive,an it can not achieve data sharing,data utilization is not high and it also increases the difficulty of work.In order to solve the above problems,combined with the actual needs of the power companies,establishing a whole process of regional power grid dispatching equipment management system is necessary.This system uses JAVA language to implement and B/S mode three-tier WEB architecture.Codes are assembled in accordance with the model,view and controller,the module is clear and conducive to management.At the same time,it can reduce the follow-up development and maintenance costs and improve development efficiency.The development process uses SSH framework,Web part is implemented with JSP's own commonly used tags and the Struts tag language,through using configuration file,people make the system more clear,flexible and easy to maintain,also improve development efficiency.As an open source project,Spring is widely used.According to this system's own needs,Spring is responsible for dealing with user requests on business logic layer and achieves specific business logic through the interface programming.Hibernate mainly completes the work of data persistence and transaction processing,and it supports a variety of relational database.Taking into account the problem of data security and data volume,the system decides to use SQL SERVER 2014 as a database management system to improve the system response speed.Based on the technical situation of typical grid dispatching equipment management system at home and abroad,this paper firstly analyzes the problems faced by regional grid dispatching equipment management,summarizes all the functions of the system,and then divides the functions into modules.It is mainly divided into seven modules:Power grid equipment management,automation equipment management,plant maintenance management,equipment defect management,new equipment put into operation management,ground adjustment protection value list and fixed wiring.The application of regional power grid dispatching equipment management system can make great contribution to the management of electric power enterprises,improve the utilization rate and accuracy of data,improve the enterprise work flow and make the enterprise operation mode develops towards network and information.
