Design Of Intelligent Tooth Brushing Guidance System

Oral mouth is the starting point of the digestive system,its health level is related to the whole body,and that the most direct way to make oral health is to maintain good brushing habits and correct brushing method.So a intelligent brushing guidance system is designed to guide and train people to master the correct brushing method.The thesis gives the design scheme of intelligent brushing guidance system,which is divided into dental base detection system and toothbrush detection system,they are connected by wire.The thesis designs the dental base detection system which is composed of a microcontroller including a dual MCU,a speed and distance measurement,a voice broadcast,a result output,and the toothbrush detection system which consists of a control module,a pressure measurement module and an angle measurement module.The software flow of toothbrush detection system is given,and the pressure and angle detection algorithm are designed.The software flow of the main MCU and auxiliary MCU of dental base detection system is given.The speed detection algorithm,distance detection algorithm,pressure training,angle training,speed training,distance training,comprehensive training and other program modules are designed to achieve the brushing training in the pressure,angle,speed,distance and other parameters of real-time detection and alarm.The intelligent brushing guide system designed by the thesis has passed the acceptance of a stomatology hospital,which meets the requirements of system design.After nearly a year of practical use,the effect it reflects is good.
