With the rapid development of society science and technology,the traditional video surveillance system has been almost impossible to meet the monitoring requirements at this stage,it brings a lot of potential threat for the healthy development of human society.So we constantly increasing demands in terms of security and safety,especially the personal safety and property security facilities,and it makes the monitoring system to be more important.The video surveillance system is a hot field of security.In recent years,the quantity of all kinds of intelligent devices explosive growth,video surveillance system is being more digital,intelligent,network-based,and humane direction.Traditional video surveillance system capacity is low,poor scalability,cannot accurately capture real-time video monitoring needs,so that it is not conducive to a lot of cases of detective work.With video surveillance applications become more widespread,the video data cannot be intelligent high-definition,transmission over a single cable network,etc.So we can build a real-time monitoring system structure by using embedded web server technology,the camera will transfer the collected data to the server.Also it can access the Internet,which makes more convenient to watch the real-time monitoring video at anytime,anywhere.The real-time video surveillance system is engaging in technology research and system construction with security and defense business practice specific needs,and according to information about the real-time monitoring of network traffic visualization,the system is developed and designed on J2 EE platform,based on the SNMP protocol and Megaeyes by using B/S structure.In the process of implementation,structure of our system is being clear and easy to maintain and extend by using some third-party frameworks such as Struts,Spring,Hibernate.And the data transmission is using Json and stored in an MySql database.At the same time,the system is encrypted for the transmission and storage of sensitive data,so that the system has a good safety.The design of this real-time video surveillance system is based on the basic needs of the present stage,and summarize the relevant technology and their ideas.The real-time video surveillance system in strict compliance with the development and design process of software engineering,and complete all functional requirements.Finally it has been fully tested in many parts of our security and Construction business application,and made a good effect.
