Now As the field of mechanical movement complexity increasingly,so that the control system demand more and more,especially the special motion control system for speed and accuracy requirements become stricter.This article in view of the multi-axis motion control in the field of special high-precision control as the research direction,using the Siemens Simotion motion control system was put forward as the core control unit,a system of four axis set up to used to detect the target movement characteristics and location characteristics of motion control system.The article first introduces the four axis linkage actuator servo control system,main mechanical structure by the leader,support,rotating beam and servo mechanism,actuate part includes three Siemens servo motor and a linear motor.Four axis linkage system refers to beam rotary motor drive the rotation of the beam movement;The linear motion of the linear motor drives the servo mechanism.Follow-up mechanism level to the servo motor and servo motor in the horizontal and vertical movement.Four axis linkage servo system by rotating leader antenna and bell in the antenna servo on the motion simulation of space real-time alignment and signal receiving,through theoretical study to establish four axes linkage control system mathematical model,control system simulation with classical PID control method,through the fuzzy PID control to improve the control method,compare the results of simulation,get the final control scheme.Last part of the paper introduces Siemens Scout and WinCC software be used to the software design,flexible software for Simotion controller structures,experimental platform to experimental measurement and data collection.The experimental data isanalyzed to validate the effectiveness of the control system,complete the basic function of the four axes linkage control system.Thesis finally to the whole work is summarized,and the next step of research provides a certain direction.
